Everyone you split costs with. Tick who shares household costs: those are split equally between them.
Import from a spreadsheet
Pick a CSV file with the columns date, shop, amount, for_who, paid_by, settled. Rows already in the app are skipped, so it's safe to import the same file twice.

Monthly repeats
These are added for you automatically each month, on their day. Tap one to change or stop it.
Your shops
These show up as suggestions in the Shop box. A new shop you type is remembered too. Tap × to take one off the list.
Monthly bills
Tap a month to log or change a payment. Tap a bill's name to rename or delete it.
Payment plans
When one of you buys something big and the other pays their part back a bit each month. Plans are kept separate, so they don't change the Shared balance.

Import calls from a spreadsheet
Pick a CSV file with the columns date, client, hours, paid, paid_on, and optionally rate and notes. Dates can look like 2025-01-03 or 03-Jan-25. Calls already in the app are skipped, so it's safe to import the same file twice.
Rates
Your standard hourly rate for each year, and any client on a different rate. Calls are charged in 30 minute blocks. Changing a rate only affects calls you log from now on.
